For specific information, please call HR staff for assistance.  HR staff will handle your questions and/or concerns with professionalism, care, privacy and with the highest of ethical standards.

For specific concerns regarding employment laws, diocesan policy, or grievances in employment matters, please call the Director of Human Resouces.  Your concerns are important to the diocese and will be handled promptly and with the diligence deserved in each matter.

Department Overview:

The Human Resources Department is responsible for establishing and implementing policy, coordinating comprehensive benefits programs, developing pay structures, processing new hires, and offering guidance to employees. Of particular importance to the Human Resources Department, is accessibility to the support and resources needed to be a successful employee of the Diocese of Laredo.
