The following is a letter Bishop Tamayo has sent a message to the Holy Father on the occasion of the 5th Anniversary of his election as Bishop of Rome. His papacy began on March 13, 2013 following Pope Benedict XVI. 



Thank you to everyone who prayed, sent messages and upheld the principle of the sacredness of all human life. We are grateful for your witness!
