On Saturday, May 6, 2023, eight laity and deacons from the Diocese of Laredo graduated with a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from the Oblate School of Theology in San Antonio, Texas.

Since the Summer of 2020, the Diocese of Laredo has partnered with the Oblate School of Theology, offering the bilingual Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry degree. The Diocese of Laredo is excited to announce the continuation of this partnership, and is welcoming new members to the cohort to begin classes this June 2023.
The bilingual M.A. program is open to anyone wishing to pursue a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry. A previous degree is not necessary -- each case will be reviewed by professors. Scholarships are available to help cover the cost of each credit.
