Calling all students in high school and college! 

The written word is powerful! La Fe wants to encourage young people to write, because it is important to know how to express our faith in a way that helps others know of the love of God.

Topic: Share how you feel God speaking and working in your life. Where or in whom do you see Him present? How has your faith carried you through the pain and struggles the pandemic has caused?

Guidelines:

-Essay must be typed (Times New Roman, 12 pt. font)

-Submission should be 300-400 words

-Entrants will be judged on grammar, style and how clearly the topic is developed.

-Submit essays online by Monday, March 29th to Melissa Pici, Editor of La Fe, at MPici@DioceseofLaredo.org.

-Winning essay will be published in the fall issue of La Fe, as well as on the diocesan website.

-Winner will also receive a gift basket including a $25 gift card to a local restaurant.
