Saturday, January 26, 2019: A day fill with a spiritual journey inspired by Pope St John Paul the II founder of the world youth day reunion.

7:30 am: Light refreshments at St. John Neumann

8:00 am: Start a pilgrimage walk to Saint Augustine High School Gym, distance is about 3.1 miles and 1 hour 10 minutes’ walk. Giving time that to all the pilgrims arrive to the hosting parish.

National Catholic Schools Week 2019 (CSW) will be observed in dioceses around the country January 27–February 2. This year’s theme, “Catholic Schools: Learn. Serve. Lead. Succeed.,” focuses on the important spiritual, academic and societal contributions provided by a Catholic education firmly rooted in the Truth of the Gospel.

The Diocese of Laredo, through the Catholic Schools Office, supports the academic excellence and quality information in faith, morals and personal development of every student in our six elementary/middle school campuses and one high school. The Diocese of Laredo desires that each of its Catholic Schools remains vibrant and fiscally solvent.  

KHOY Radio

KHOY is a nonprofit, non-commercial educational FM broadcast station that serves the community of Laredo and surrounding areas with positive programming.

Youth Ministry

It is the goal of the Office of Youth Ministry to help young people grow in their faith and come to know Christ through service to their community and others.

Family Life Ministry

The Family Life Office responds in faith to the spiritual needs of God's people throughout the natural life cycle by enriching their journey of faith.

Evangelization

The Office of Evangelization strives to call to each Catholic to deepen his or her own faith, develop a personal and intimate encounter with Jesus Christ and boldly proclaim the Gospel.

Adult Faith Formation

Religious Education strives to make disciples by making the Catholic faith known, loved and lived among adults and young adults through leadership and faith formation.

Stewardship and Development

Our mission is to assist, teach, affirm and empower Catholics in the Diocese of Laredo to live as disciples and stewards of the Church.

Tribunal

Our mission is to bring back those individuals, whose marriages have ended, into the sacramental life of the Church.
