The St. Jude Court #2363 of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas (CDA) recently had a "Sisterhood Recruitment Luncheon" to invite new members to join the organization. Four women committed to join the court as members!

On April 21, 2023, the St. Jude Court, along with other CDA courts from Laredo participated in the annual Relay for Life, an event that raises money to help cancer patients receive the support they need, as well as to further research for better treatments for cancer. 

Also in April, St. Joseph's Church in Laredo held their annual jamaica. St. Jude Court hosted a booth to help raise funds for the parish. 

The Catholic Daughters of Americas is open to anyone age 18 or older who has a desire to learn more about the Catholic faith while helping the Church and people throughout the community. If you are interested in joining one of the four courts of the Catholic Daughters of Americas in the Diocese of Laredo, you may contact the respective parish where the court is established.
