The Diocese of Laredo Catholic Committee on Scouting would like to invite all Scouts to participate in the 2022 Catholic Scouting Mini-Retreat on the Corporal Works of Mercy. This retreat is an excellent opportunity for Scouts to participate in an activity dedicated to personal spiritual growth. The retreat will serve as a kickoff event, and it is a requirement for participation in the religious awards programs which are offered every two years. Event details may be found below:
WHO: Cub Scouts (Tigers and up), Scouts BSA, Venturers & Explorers, and Girl Scouts
WHEN: April 29, 2022 5 PM - 9 PM
WHERE: Camp Huisache
COST: $15/scout/adult/siblings (covers patches, dinner, and breakfast)
April 30, 2022, join in the Race for Mercy (5k run and 10 mile bike race or 1 mile family walk).
